Leadership Brand Assessment (360)
This is a study of an you as an individual leader and your leadership impact. It will give you a powerful and intelligent understanding of your strengths and how you can become more effective. It will help you create a stand-out personal brand.
How does it work?
We’ll create a bespoke questionnaire designed to gather intelligence from key people that you nominate: your peers, your direct reports, your boss. We’ll ask questions that will generate the kind of valuable responses you won’t get from a box-ticking 360 exercise.
Once we have the responses, we’ll spend time going through them with you, in depth. You’ll find out honestly how others perceive you and your impact.
Why is our 360 different?
It’s about powerful dialogue, not single-sided responses. We will respond to intelligence as it is received, asking for clarification and examples, and returning with more questions.
This gives us very high quality information that we will use to produce suggestions for change and increased impact.

You’ll also gain a leadership action plan that you can start using the next day, and a communication plan back to those who gave you feedback.
