Susan is an expert in leadership and team performance. She gained 15 years’ leadership experience at American Express before founding Scala Advance. She has spent 25 years working with international teams and leading businesses.
As well as business, her experience spans health, education and the third sector.
Susan was born in Ireland, and educated there and in France. Now, she lives in England, but works and thinks globally.
She has a deep knowledge of trends, innovation and research. Combined with her experience, this knowledge leads her to the kind of original thinking that achieves sustainable business results.

Greg has worked for many years at the director and chief executive level running large and complex operations. He is regarded as a charismatic and successful leader bringing out the best in people and organisations. He has developed a presence regionally and nationally advising professional bodies and addressing conferences on visioning, ethics, social value and business growth.
His particular strengths in leadership lie in developing culture based upon strong values, in leading change and transformation, and in bringing an entrepreneurial approach to organisational development.
Over recent years Greg has also operated and qualified as an executive coach and leadership mentor built on a history of coaching and mentoring leaders, emerging leaders and non-executive directors. He is an integrative coach calling on a number of disciplines to suit the client, facilitating personal and professional growth.

Caroline is a highly experienced business and people director with an outstanding track record of success working in a global multi-national and Irish business across the food-retail-facility-logistics and semi-state sectors.
With almost 20 years of extensive leadership experience, Caroline has operated as a key adviser and confidant to senior leaders in challenging, commercial and high volume environments. Clients describe Caroline as passionate for generating business results through quality service delivery and business coaching & mentoring.
Caroline completed her post-grad studies at Dublin City University having obtained an MSc in Business (HR Strategy). In the early part of her career, she achieved a BA in HRM and Certificate in Business. She is true believer in continuous learning and is working towards a Higher Diploma in Executive Coaching at University College Dublin.
