Team Brand Assessment
This is a deep analysis of your team and its relationships, designed to create a strategy for behavioural change and from there, improved performance and greater impact. We’ll find out what is really going on, where the conflict is, and where the opportunities are.
How does it work?
We’ll create a bespoke questionnaire, and use it to interview everyone on the team, in confidence. Because we are not part of your organisation, we’re able to obtain the honest, open responses you need.
We’ll spend time going through those responses with you, using them to uncover perceptions and develop insight.
Why is it different?
The process is about much more than feedback: it is a dialogue. We’ll respond to the intelligence we gain, alongside you. We’ll ask questions, gain clarification and examples, developing productive conversations with team members.
